A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
I (Candace) decided to finally change my business name into something I can grow into as the business expands in the next couple of years. I have been grooming from home for a few years now and have been loving being able to keep things small and personal with my amazing clients all while still being able to be at home. I have been grooming about 13 + years now and always loved the small caring personal business feel as that is what I have always loved supporting small businesses as well. So I can't thank everyone enough for supporting my small business. I will continue to try to keep that small personal caring feel around even as we grow a little as I hope that is one reason you love coming to me as well, because we definitely do care! ❤️
I have had Sam working with me two days a week for a while now as I am sure most of you have met her already. We have been friends and co workers for probably about 12 + years now. She is an absolutely amazing groomer that will make your dog look perfect. Sadly she is down to a few days a month as she phases out of grooming to pursue a different business venture. We may see her around a little bit here and there as it is a hard thing to give up a career and skill and clientele you love so much and have poured so much into for so long.
Kat has been with us since 2023, she started as our hard working bather and amazing assistant and has been taking her own clients for a while and she has been doing great so far! If you are interested in getting booked with her, please don't be afraid to reach out to me or her!

GETTING PERSONAL
I know I don't actually need to explain myself and could just go ahead and make the changes and not get personal about it but I have always lead with my heart in everything I do and I am not about to act like my business is going to be any different.
I hope this is comforting to all of you.
As I know your animals are part of the family and its never easy to trust and leave them with just any ol' person.
I do respect you guys and wanted to give you some background and explain a little bit of the process and where I am at and let you know that I am no super human . I am just figuring it out in life as we all are. It has definitely been trail and error figuring things out as I go.
I am not making changes for any one reason or to hurt or punish anyone and just wanted to make sure that was clear and upfront as this was a hard decision to finally make for myself and my business and anyone that decides to join this team down the road too. Its definitely been a process so far and I know there is a long way to go and I will only be trying to find the most efficient way without compromising the close intimate care I do really strive to provide here.
WHY THE CHANGES
I've had to make the few changes as I have been working like crazy for at least a solid year straight dealing with crazy hours and my own personal crazy life changes. I have always worked really long hours since I started grooming 13 years ago and I most likely will continue to work long hours as I definitely love what I do and being able to be convenient and that available person for you all. Unfortunately I do need to slightly take a step back so I can take care of myself and be able to have time for my own loved ones and events. As I am just one person and have been mostly taking care of everything on my own the last few years. Things have gotten crazy and a bit overwhelming to be very upfront and honest with you all.
One big reason, I am taking steps to growing and expanding and finding those great people to fill in when I can't always be around.
Keep in mind while looking through the changes and my processes that I am a home business.
I am not a big corporate business, I don't have just a ton of people taking care of stuff for me, I take care of most of it on my own and I like to be seen as a human as I don't just look at any of you or your furry friends as a number.
I do take my time and pour in my heart and soul and good honest hard work to be able to take care of whatever you may need to the best of my ability.
That being said please take a look at each section to find out more.
ARE WE THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?
We know we're not the groomers for everyone and that's okay. You have every right to decide that our process doesn't work for you and someone else might be a better fit for you. We won't be offended.
Sometimes finding a groomer who works best for you is tough and we may not be the best fit for you whether it be because of scheduling, hours, or even the style of grooming; we will completely understand if you decide you need to look at your options.
(BUT also we obviously really would hate to lose you as a client too as we have grown so close to so many of you and are very attached to some of your pets. We will try our best to fit everyone in and make it work for you the best that we can)
We always try to be as accommodating as we can. So if there is certain days that you need us to get done faster then let us know ahead of time so we can try to plan for that accordingly if possible. We are fine with people dropping off earlier then their appointment time as long as it's within our hours or has been agreed upon. If that is something that makes things easier on you and we're totally fine with your pups hanging out for as long as we need till you can pick up again. Just please let us also know if it will be outside of hours. So there is usually never a rush on our end unless for some reason we tell you ahead of time we need them to be picked up by a certain time.
